In Ezra 5 & 6, the enemy had temporarily halted God's plan and God's will for the rebuilding and restoration of His Temple - for worship to be restored. But God. In these chapters we witness God's strength, God's promise keeping power, and God's superiority. God wins - every time. We can see any and every circumstance we walk through in the view of God's might and His faithfulness. He will bring us through anything and everything He brings us to. Not only was a decree issued to allow them to rebuild the Temple, they were given all they needed for the process as well as protection. God pours out when we are faithful to Him in all we do and seek to honor and glorify His great Name out of pure, honest, and sincere devoted love to Him. He isn't only our Promise Keeper, He's our Provider, and our Protection through the journey. He will lead us to more, if we are willing to faithfully trust Him wholeheartedly through it all.
