In Isaiah 62, we see the certainty of God and His desire for all nations - every person - to see and experience God's righteousness and glory. He wants every one of us to repent, accept Jesus as our Lord, experience freedom from the bondage and consequences of sin. He tells us to not stop praying for each other until every last one of us has "salvation that blazes like a burning torch." Every person who turns to Christ is no longer seen as forsaken or desolate. God rejoices over each and every one of us when we choose Him over the sin and evil of the world we currently reside in. We are in exile. We can choose to be a part of the faithful remnant that stands firm in our faith no matter what. He commissions us to spread the Good News and prepare the highway for His return. Praise the Lord we have freedom, peace, love, and joy like we've never experienced. We just have to passionately cling to Him with all we got through the exile.
