In Jeremiah 28 & 29, Jeremiah is given a Word from God regarding the false prophets telling lies in the name of God who did not send them. They will be judged for their actions against God. Jeremiah writes a letter of hope to the exiles who are now in Babylon. He encourages them to pray for the enemy, stand firm in faith, and trust God. We are called to do the exact same in our lives today.
