Description

In Matthew 14, Jesus miraculously feeds 5,000 men which would have likely been close to 20,000 people with the women and children. He then sends the apostles out into a storm in the middle of the night while He goes to the mountain to pray. The storm intensifies and the apostles are freaking out. Jesus comes to their aid at just the right time walking on water. Peter asks if he can join Jesus on the water and Jesus tells him yes, come on out. Peter bravely walks on the water until he loses focus on Jesus and looks at the storm around him. It was then that he sank. But he cried out for Jesus to save him and Jesus stretched out His hand for Peter. They climb into the boat and the winds stop. Jesus has all authority and power. We will face storms in life this side of heaven because He is preparing us for an eternity with Him in His eternal Kingdom. He is praying for us a the very Throne of God and will come and be with us in the storms. He will help us grow in Him and increase our faith and courage removing all doubts. He will see you through if you are willing to trust Him wholeheartedly, grab His extended hand and never let go. Cling to Jesus with all your guts and every last exhale and never ever let go.
