In Matthew 16, Jesus asked His disciples who people believe and say that He is. Then He asked them personally the same question. He asks each and every one of us this question as well: "Who do you say I am?" Who is Jesus to you? That is the question we all need to ask as we search and pray for anything in us that may get in the way of our relationship with Jesus to be revealed and repented of anything revealed quickly. Jesus said we have two choices in life and there is no in between. We can deny ourselves or live for ourselves. We can take up our cross or ignore The Cross. We can follow Jesus or follow the world. We can lose our lives for eternity or save our lives through Jesus. We can leave the worldly things behind or gain the world. We can keep our souls or lose our souls. We can share in Jesus reward and glory or lose His reward and glory. Jesus is returning sooner today than yesterday and there's no time like today to choose who you will serve. The decision will for all eternity. If you choose Jesus and cling to Him with all you've got, you'll not only experience His glory now, but will for all eternity. It's the best decision you'll ever make.
