In Matthew 28, Jesus reveals that death cannot hold Him down because He is Life and death cannot hold Life down. The angel invited the women to come and see the empty tomb and personally experience the resurrection of Jesus. The stone wasn't rolled away to let Jesus out. He was already out of that tomb. The stone was rolled away to invite us in. To invite is in to experience Jesus and the Life He offers each of us for all eternity. Jesus commissioned us to go and tell, share the truth of Jesus and the offer of Life He gives for each and every person. First, you have to experience Jesus, experience His presence, and fall in love with your Savior. Catching a mere glimpse of Jesus and His resurrected glory changes your heart and your life - forever. Jesus Saves us to God. We are reunited to God by and through Jesus. Jesus is really really good at saving us if we'll make the choice to let Him. King Jesus is ruling. King Jesus is reigning. King Jesus is on the Throne and once we have truly experienced His life-changing presence, we are commissioned to talk about Him wherever we go.
