Description

In Psalms 129, 130, 131, & 132, the psalmists reflect on how to cope with things we go through in life, how to stand firm in faith through suffering and persecution, and how to worship and praise God - looking up - through every storm that comes. As they make their way to Jerusalem to join together in united worship and praise to the Lord, they sing. They sing songs of praise, songs of reflection, songs of encouragement, and songs of worship. They sing together, walk together, and encourage each other - together. How do we make it through the persecutions of life? We join together in unity, loving God heart and soul, and worship Him with everything we've God. We praise God in the storm - together. We pray, we stay in the Word, we fast, and we come together and worship Jesus. We line our wills up to God's will and encourage everyone around us to do the same. We have one common enemy and worship and serve one glorious and victorious God. We commit all we are, all we have, and all we do to Him joyously knowing He is worthy of all praise, glory, and honor. We humbly repent of anything revealed in us that needs to get gone and we run forward as the united force we are - the united force God created us to be, and we shake the gates of hell like never before. Jesus is returning sooner today than yesterday and there's no time like today to repent, submit your life to Jesus heart and soul, and run forward with His victorious army.
