Description

In Psalm 20, 21, & 22, David cries out to God praying for victory in the battle ahead. He confidently prays to the Lord knowing it is God who fights every battle and boasts in God and God alone giving Him all the glory. He then praises God for the victory and exalts the Lord for all He has brought them through. Then he beautifully takes us straight to the cross as he cries out again to God. He prophetically speaks of our amazingly Good Shepperd, our Messiah, who came to earth humbly sacrificing Himself for all of us to be free from the curse of sin. The death of Jesus, out of His incomprehensible love for each and every one of us, gives us the greatest victory of all. He beautifully proclaims the day "the whole earth will acknowledge the Lord and return to Him". And "all the families of the nations will bow down before Him". He is worthy. He is true. He is alive. He is our King and Lord - for all eternity.
