In Psalm 70, 71, & 72, the Psalmists affirm that the Lord is our only Rescue, our only Hope, and our only Refuge. Even in the midst of despair and tragedy, they choose to praise the Lord more and more and we can to. We can stand firm and glorify the Lord no matter what knowing He is on the throne and He is faithful. He restores life - for eternity - if we choose to let Him be Lord of all of our lives. Jesus came and ransomed us if we choose to accept His payment. He's given us the check, it's up to us to choose to cash it in and trust Him for Life. Jesus is returning and when He does, every knee will bow before Him. His glory fills the earth and He wants us to experience Him wholeheartedly and passionately pursue Him with all of our guts. If we pursue Him, we will find Him. He wants us to. He's just waiting for us to choose to run to Him and let Him hold us through the storms of life. Let Him comfort our fears. And let Him redeem all that the enemy has stolen.
