Nelly Attar is a Lebanese/Saudi extreme sports athlete, trainer, and business owner.
Nelly began her professional life as a psychologist (BA & MRes in psychology) and life coach (ICF certified). She changed occupations in 2017 to pursue her passion for fitness and physical activity. This came after years of working as a part-time fitness instructor and instructor to help Saudi women become more active.
Nelly founded Saudi Arabia's first dance studio, MOVE, as a result of her career change in sports. Since then, Nelly has enabled thousands of people to participate in sports around the region and beyond.
Nelly is currently known as a fitness ambassador, sports leader, and healthy living advocate who has greatly contributed to the change of the Middle Eastern sports sector.
