The mission of the Behind the Fitness podcast show is to interview the world's most motivating and successful fitness trainers, instructors, and coaches to inspire people to be their best selves today and every day.
Episode Goals:
Be motivated emotionally by the fitness leader.
Really get to know fitness leaders deeply and their personal background.
Learn what the fitness leader specializes in (yin yoga, strength training, etc.), and learn a specific lesson about it. Plus learn how this specific lesson can help or transform the people listening.
