Pete Rubish is an athlete, coach, and entrepreneur based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As a competitive powerlifter he boasted a 772 pound squat, 485 bench and 920 pound deadlift. More recently, he’s transitioned out of PED use, transformed his body, and has his eyes set on other fitness feats. In our conversation, we discussed the highs and lows of his competitive career, finding identity beyond powerlifting, and what excites him about ultra running.
