Michael Chernow is a restaurateur, serial entrepreneur, and athlete based in New York City. Most recently he is the founder of Kreatures Of Habit, an instant and overnight gluten-free oatmeal with 30g of plant-based protein, vitamin D3, and omega fatty acids. In addition to managing various businesses, he’s also a husband and father of two.

In this episode, Michael shares his sobriety story and how his history of substance abuse changed his life. We discuss entrepreneurship, knowing when to sell, and establishing work-life balance. We chat about fatherhood and much more.
