Description

When we find ourselves defending a position, for ourselves and/or others, it signifies an attachment. This is not necessarily a bad thing, however, if not examined and checked, it can have negative consequences over time. I'll explain the connection behind defense/attack/attachment and give you three questions to examine your own thinking.
