After talking with a coaching client the other day, and getting her permission to share her story, I thought this would be a GREAT topic to share with you! Long story very short: when you’re a leader (home, work, community, etc.) sometimes your people will do and say things that invite you to have feelings of anger- sometimes intense anger! Let’s talk about that and what choices are available to you. When you truly know how to allow that feeling AND not hurt others in the process, you can begin making the changes your team needs. Sit back, relax, and take a few breaths! Let’s talk about anger!
