We're all feeling the stress of 14 once-in-a-lifetime world changing events happening over the course of a just couple weeks. Compounding with our regular work schedules, family matters, desperate social lives and God forbid "personal time," it can be hard to handle life without burning out once in a while. I dove into "burnout" this week to try and figure out what the average Joe(or Josie) can do to curb the f'd up symptoms of this overly common condition. Hope you dig it!
