Description

Nicole Granati is a spiritual counselor, psychic minister and teacher focused on the relationship we, as spirit, have with our bodies. She is the owner of Spiritual Hello, where she guides people in recognizing and using their own abilities to heal, create and enjoy life.

Spiritual Hello is a place for you to embrace and create with the power of your own energy and magic! Nicole offers readings, ceremonies and support for all stages of life, and the places in between. She is based in Los Angeles, California where she hosts Women’s Circles, performs as a musician and tends to her garden. You can find her on instagram @spiritualhello and spiritualhello.com

Nicole and I dive deep on so many things in this conversation, including:

-Her practice of letting grief exist outside of her body

-the difference between allowing and efforting through grief

-the similarities between anticipatory grief to the experience of being on call

-the relationship between self-care and the ease of transition out of this life

-her experience of carrying multiple experiences of loss and the nuances of grieving socially acceptable and stigmatized death at the same time.

-the many nuances of embodied grief

-the medicine of not getting in our own way or in the way of the dying

-how she uses levity and humor as a spiritual practice

-the role of spiritual seniority in challenging family dynamics

-how resistance to discomfort creates room for more discomfort
