In episode 12, I share my personal toolkit that I use when working on healing my emotional wounds from the past, as well as, feeling the feelings that I experience in my everyday life. These tools are free and accessible to everyone who is willing to try them out. If you decide to utilize these suggestions, make sure to take things slowly and gently. Also know you might feel funny or a little awkward at first but remember, your healing is so important and is still happening in the awkward moments!
