Rich runs a social enterprise with the mission of putting businesses at the heart of working with local communities tackling issues such as gang crime and violence.
When Rich was young he was arrested for suspected dealing of drugs and has also survived a life threatening brain tumour.
Rich is also an adventurer who has sailed the Atlantic ocean and Qatar to Australia, husband and father of two.
