Episode 8. Starting out with highlighting that words are powerful, enjoy my share of being shown through a recent synchronicity I experienced of how powerful they really can be ;) This episode showcases the subjectivity of perception and perspective - what feels true for one may not feel true for all, but with an embodied balance of masculine and feminine energy, "live and let live" becomes accessible. Learning to listen is valuable - to others, to ourselves and to our intuition. As we learn to accept ourselves as whole beings & also to discern when discomfort is felt due to being stretched vs feeling pain, we can begin to recognize when we are IN a growth period which can help us remain calm and rooted in flow. Also, notice how the stories you tell may shift over time due to the perception of your own involvement and/or level of emotionally charged energy attached to the experience within the story. Rounding out and finishing off the episode with a card pull from The Lantern Oracle Deck, 6 cards fell out, aiding me in flushing out and tying together all the energy of this week.
