The story of Joshua is often very controversial. God gives a command and directive to his people to enter the Promise Land, the same land that he promised Abraham in Genesis 12, now is the moment! At times we can think that the God of the Old Testament is different than the God of the New Testament; he is not! He is the same God, he is the God of Promises.
