This week Ali takes a Seat with Adam Crampsie. Adam is a mental health clinician with experience in the public, private and charity sectors. Currently the CEO of Mental Health Concern the largest not-for-profit provider of IAPT services in the UK, Adam shares his wealth of knowledge in the industry.
He's been there and done it all with mental health, from starting out as a therapist in the NHS all the way to leading the development of integrated therapies for FTSE 100 companies. This is a great insight into the business of mental health, the challenges faced by the NHS and the attitudes towards therapy in the UK. Incidentally, he is also now Take a Seats' new Non-Exec director.
