Are we focusing on what we can or can't control? Are we focusing on what we have or don't have? Are we focusing on the past, present, or future? How we answer these questions probably determines a lot when it comes to how I feel on a consistent basis.
As we progress into this week, I challenge us all to FOCUS ON HOW WE WANT TO FEEL. If we can make this a strong habit in our lives, it is my great belief that we will enhance our experiences and get the most out of each and every day.
