Babysitter is a 2022 Canadian film directed by Monia Chokri and shot by Josée Deshaies. Nadine, a disillusioned new mother, is caught in the exhausting aftermath of her husband physically assaulting a news reporter on live TV. When her husband hires a babysitter, Amy, to lighten the load, Nadine finds new power in her role at home.
The Servant is a 1963 British film directed by Joseph Losey and shot by Douglas Slocombe. Tony, a man with little direction and lots of money, hires Barrett, a seasoned manservant, to take care of him and his newly purchased London home. As Barrett provides more value to Tony’s life, it becomes unclear who is serving whom.
