Motherhood can be a rollercoaster and no matter what season you're in now

You probably felt a bit lost and like you've been spun around dizzy that you forget who you are.

In this episode, we chat with fun momma, Mitch Blackford about rediscovering your fun self again in motherhood.

Ever had a Mom-ster moment?  That was Mitch Blackford just a few years ago.  Knee deep in the middle of mothering 2 girls 2 and under, out of business from the pandemic and being challenged in her marriage while building a home, she realized that she missed the cool chick she used to be and felt like some of her best parts had been traded in for changing diapers and being a feeding machine.

It was in a moment of breakdown, yelling at her babies and trying to make them feel scared of her so they would just be quiet, she realized that this was not the person, mom or wife that she wanted to be.  That set her on a course to rediscover and redefine who she was as a mom and beyond.  She knew that mom may be the name she hears the most, it’s not the only name that matters.

Now her mission is to help other moms who have lost their sense of identity to motherhood to bring back all the shiny parts of them.
