So the title doesn't quite give the podcast away. This is a short hopefully motivational podcast that tells you you will be ok without motivations but the importance of using it in the onset and as and when it peaks!1
Motivation is huge when wanting to make a change and starting things off like a weight loss journey for example but it doesn't always stay around but how do you get stuff done without it? Well you set up your own routine and rituals and make sure your REASON is clear!!
