Welcome to Series 2.... 

A short break as work opened up after the initial lockdown and now I'm ready to balance everything. 

This is just a press record and catch up following a few notes I wanted to discuss. Apologies for losing my words at the end but I wanted to keep it honest. 

The challenge I just completed 5 miles per day for 11 days is a huge thing for me, my confidence, my back, my progress and the directions I head moving forwards and I wanted to share a few thoughts on that with you. I hope you enjoy.
