As many of you know I recently underwent a period where I focussed on my own training/performance in prep for a business Photoshoot. I started the 12 weeks with no goal weight in mind, which is something I always recommend, and put my nitration, training and routines higher up in my priority list.
Why did I do this well the main reasons were not the business photoshoot but instead they were personal to me and how I felt about my body image at the time but externally I also want to lead from the front supporting Team Willis Fitness and making sure I am living and breathing the advice I preach.
So this podcast goes through 8 tools that I think will help everyone on their own journey and they are tools I used myself.
