So some of you may or may not know, and like many people of my generation, I have my own story on the effects Anxiety and dEpression have had on my life, a story which one day I may share in greater detail. BUT today is about helping even just one person pick a part of their life that they can change or improve in order to protect and support their own mental health.
I am a firm a believer that we have far more control over our mental health then a lot of us believe and the first part to changing how our mental health is effected is by talking back some of the control.
