This week I wanted to speak about a massive passion of mine and that is Group Training, having come from a team sport background I really enjoy team training, its is the corner stone of what Willis Fitness is about. The community I have created being Stowmarket Bootcamp is the reason behind this podcast and the topics I cover. I really think there are some unique benefits to training as part of a group these include positive effects on targets, motivation and confidence.
