So Series 2 is here!! Wow I am super excited to get this podcast up and running again and thank you for awaiting this episode eagerly.
I wanted to discuss journaling following the success of the seminar I delivered at the 2020 Vision retreat I delivered for some of Team Willis Fitness. Most of whom are still using the journal provided and reaping the benefits from it.
Journals can come across as almost a cliche now but I don't want that to be the case for you.
In this podcast I provide some definitions but also some methods and tools you can use your journal for as it doesn't have be necessarily 'dear diary'. Every tool of habit or goals you set has to work for you in order to provide a benefit or addition to your life, remember that.
