So no intro, no attempt to edit I just wanted to send a message out that I hope is received in the right way. here is a short summary of it:
1. It is ok to not be ok!
2. It is ok to not have motivation right now to master this perfect Covid-19 Routine
3. Take each day as it comes and set yourself one task/one habit at a time to minimise overwhelms as you adapt to the new circumstances you find yourself in.
