Growing up the son of a Navy pilot and moving multiple times (including 3 different High Schools) before the age of 18 prepared Brandon for a diverse and ever-changing 31-year career in Retail. Serving multiple Retail companies in field and then corporate leadership roles prepared him for his current challenging and evolving Real Estate career in two different states. He is now the Director of Agent Growth for one of the largest agent communities at his brokerage firm while enhancing and training the tools and technology on the Caul Group Residential Mega-Icon team in the Raleigh Market of North Carolina.
