Self~care has many faces. What works for you one day, may not the next. & what works for someone else, may not be for you. The key to keeping self~care consistent is remembering that it is unconditional. It’s also extremely personal. If it’s bound to conditions or restrictions, then it’s not true self~care. Self~care is a vibe to be experienced by you & you alone. If it feels good, it is good. If you regret it, that doesn’t necessarily mean it wasn’t good.. it just means you’ve got some rewiring to do. Self~care is your source. Your North Star. Your guiding light. Make it meaningful to you.
