Description

As soon as your mind decides it "should" be doing something, its a subconscious self-diss that whatever you're doing in that moment isn't good enough. While self-discipline, goals, & action are all worth while, it's important to remember that you are a human being & simply waking up is enough. Finding gratitude in the present moment is what's up.
