Seasonal Affective Disorder may be real, but what if it didn't have to be? If you find your mood shifting with the seasons (particularly Fall & Winter), just know that you're not alone. As the darkness creeps in, make sure you keep up with your simple self-care rituals so you don't get swept up in a silly story you keep telling yourself.
