Let's talk about stress management for a sec. How are you managing? Are you aware you have power over your emotional regulation? Because you do. Per usual, the tools of self~love, self~awareness, & self~realization are the answer to all your problems. Stress is in an inevitable part of life & all that matters is how you choose to respond. If we can reframe our stress, learn to manage what we can & release what we can, & simply even notice how stress shows up in the present moment, we're well on our way to satisfaction. Take a deep breath, phone a friend, & sit with it. By allowing our stress to pass through us instead of constantly distracting ourselves or running from it, we give our nervous systems such a wonderful gift while building resilience to future stressors. As Richard Carlson says, "don't sweat the small stuff... & it's all small stuff."
