I’ll share some of my personal ups and downs with my food choices, and how I have now come to realize that the all-or-nothing approach is not one that is sustainable, effective, or healthy. And so, no I am not becoming vegan or even vegetarian, but I am focusing on #eatmoreplants so that the majority of my food intake is plant based.
