Episode 17: D&D Experts – Unearthed Arcana Part 1
Wizards have released their second Unearthed Arcana for One D&D. This release starts the focus on classes beginning with the group they’re calling “The Experts.” Bards, Rangers, and Rogues fall into the category currently, but Wizards has said that Artificers will eventually be in this group as well.
In Part 1, we take an in-depth look at the Bard and Ranger classes. We discuss all the changes, including moving level 20 skills to level 18 so they can add Epic Boons at level 20. One subclass for each class has been revamped as well in this Unearthed Arcana. The Bard with its College of Lore and the Ranger’s Hunter subclass have both received major updates. We give our opinions on if they’ve moved in the right direction.
