In this podcast I talked about allergies and how serious they can be. I also talked about how allergies can affect you physically, mentally and how it affects your daily life. This podcast teaches how important it is to be aware of allergies because someone's life could possibly be on the line if you aren't careful with allergies.

In my 7th and 8th grade Enrichment classes, students select a passion project to work on all year. Each student/group was tasked with creating a introductory podcast segment about their topic to inform our school community about the work they are doing. This is one of those episodes. Students recorded their podcasts using anchor.fm.
Our Enrichment class is based on the School Wide Enrichment model from Joe Renzulli at UConn. A "Type III" project is a long-term, investigation based and real-world based investigation with a product shared with an authentic audience. You are part of that audience.
