Mara Sammartino (sher/her/ella) has been a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for the past 11 years. She is a Nicaraguan American First-Gen therapist who uses cultural storytelling in her practice. She has worked in many areas of mental health but always within the Latino/x/e community. Her goal as a therapist, social worker, Latina provider is to dismantle stigma, increase education and create mentorship for up and coming BIPOC therapists.
