Rosa is a first-generation Chicana, the eldest daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico, and a proud Mama to a 1-year-old. Rosa has over 15 years of experience advocating for women and communities of color within the anti-sexual violence movement. 10+ of those years as a strategic leader in management roles.Rosa is a trauma-informed leadership coach who works specifically with First-Gen and BIPOC leaders. Rosa helps them become confident and respected change-makers in their industries. An advocate at an early age, Rosa's work meets at the intersection of gender equity and racial justice by focusing on supporting and empowering communities and professionals of the global majority. She enjoys helping others learn and grow and works to increase leaders' knowledge and skills through coaching and leadership development.
