What does it mean to have work-life balance? What exactly is it we are trying to balance? If you do certain things right, you should not have to work at all. So then how could you balance something without the other side? You can't. This idea only makes sense if you are expected to always work and find some way of putting your life in there too. But that's the thing, this rat race does not want you to actually balance your life is! Because work-life balance is a LIE!
