I am a wife of 24 years and mother to 2 boys, 21 and 18. We live a very full life in Michigan and have so much fun. We own a construction business and I am blessed to be a Health detective and educator focusing on natural and holistic opportunities for health - body, mind and spirit. I overcame debilitating pain, intense fatigue, incredible stress, pathogens and emotional distress for myself and my kids by choosing to use the healing power of the body. I really love digging into the root causes of what slows us down in life arnd finding the paths to vitality which includes clearing emotional and spiritual blockage and infusing the body with the frequencies it needs - sound, energy, words, nutrients, supplements and essential oils with no limits only possibilities.
