Most pencils are equipped with a device that enables forgiveness. Are you? When an apology has the word "if" in it, you're not really sorry. Remorseful people "know." Do you need to forgive someone who has hurt you? Write out your feelings on a piece of paper (if you can't directly contact the person); however, it's better to forgive them directly.
Do you have anything to apologize for? Go do it! Unconditionally.
