Many people dread looking back, but answering a few questions will help prepare you for a better tomorrow. If you are naturally introspective, review the following questions while sitting with a cup of coffee. If you are naturally social, you might want to call on other participants of your project and interview each other.
An After Action Review can be used at any milestone, but certainly, after any significant initiative.
