If you reflect on each of these questions and then take action, you're going to be a better leader than you are right now.

  1. How could you be kinder and more approachable to others?
  2. How could you make better decisions?
  3. How could you take initiative more frequently?
  4. How could you communicate expectations more clearly?
  5. How could you be more accountable for your actions?
  6. How could you set the example?

Try to find answers to all of these questions, but if one of them resonated with you, take action on that one right away. Stay tuned for part two. In the meantime, keep advancing confidently in the direction of your dreams and help others along the way.
