Dana McMillin is the Principal of Marietta Elementary School, Marietta Public Schools. She also serves as the OAESP Southeast Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee. I met Dana in Neosho, Missouri when she was my neighbor when we were first year teachers in the small rural SW Missouri school district. We went to Grad school together and earned our Masters Degrees from SW Missouri State University. Also, Dana introduced me to my wife, also named Dana. You will hear that story in today's episode.
