The Wig & Pen Club provides an opportunity to dive deeper into the issues that are in SPUC's focus. You may have already guessed, but the name is a nod to the origins of SPUC, being founded at the Wig & Pen Club in London in 1966! In this first episode, Margaret, Catherine and Louise discuss a range of life issues and the related legal developments.
NB: This was filmed ahead of Friday 29th November's House of Commons vote on the assisted suicide bill. Some of the conversation will reflect this, and therefore not necessarily reflect the outcome of the vote.
