In this episode of the podcast, Kiley and Pete are joined by a regular contributor to the show, Brent @apophis1989 on Twitter, to help us discuss the topic of the episode, which was brought to us by Brent: The legal issue surrounding Frogwares' Game The Sinking City, published by Nacon. The game was delisted after a legal dispute arose with between publisher and developer, yet in February 2021, the game magically appeared back on Steam, after developer Nacon was aledged to have a hacked version of the game and put it back for sale, with Frogwares doing their job to advise players that they never re-listed the game. A very strange situation indeed.
